AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SECTOR

  • We valued and led the process for the sale of a poultry group.
  • We advised and represented the winning group of the international tender for the purchase of a big fruit producer.
  •  We advised a group of investors in the creation of the first society of field orient-ed capital investment and carried out the valuation of a livestock operation.

REAL ESTATE

  • We advised a hotel group in the sale of its timeshare portfolio.

PUBLISHING SECTOR

  • We valued and led the search for inves-tors interested in a publishing group and printer of periodicals.
  • We advised another journalistic group in the design of its corporate structure and its management information system.
  •  We represented a group of investors in the public tender for a newspaper.
  • We advised a publishing group in the negotiations to get the exclusive distribu-tion of an international magazine for Mexico and Latin America.

FRANCHISE SECTOR

  • We participated in various operations of purchase and sale of businesses in the Fast food sector.
  • We directed the acquisition of several chains of convenience stores into an international brand.
  • We helped a group to negotiate the regional franchise of a leading brand in the “Casual dinning” sector.
  • We advised a group to acquire the rights of a “Fast casual” chain.
  • We participated in the negotiation of purchase and sale of a chain of entertain-ment shops.
  • We participated in recovering an inter-national trademark registered in Mexico for its Global owner.

COMMERCIAL SECTOR

  • We represented a group of investors in a public tender of service stations.
  • We supported the extinction of bank liabilities. We design strategies for finan-cial strengthening, as well as strategies for expansion programs.
  • We have advised and represented the interests of Mexican investors in stock associations with foreign groups.
  • We advised in the valuation and purchase of a distribution company for restaurant and hotel chains.
  • We participated in the design for the repositioning of the image and communication strategy of the largest trucking enterprise in Mexico.

HEALTH SECTOR

  • We participated, with the support of the International Finance Corporation, in the design of a strategy for the development of hospitals throughout the country.
  • We designed the sale strategy of a hospital building outside Mexico City.
  • We advised a group of minority share-holders of a specialized hospital.
  • In Mexico City, we represented more than 175 doctors in the sale of a major hospital.
  • We successfully built a partnership between the largest hospital operator in Mexico and a hospital with world-class facilities located in the city of Villahermosa, Tabasco.

EDUCATION SECTOR

  • We helped in the valuation and sale of the leader in saving plans for educational scholarships.
  • We assisted in the sale of an education-al institution, in middle and higher levels, to a large international conglomerate in this sector.
  • We participated in the purchase of an educational institution of basic levels (elementary and middle).

FINANCIAL SECTOR

  • We represented and advised two different groups of investors in public tenders for credit institutions.
  • We advised on the creation of a financial group, as well as in the public offering of its shares and ADR’s.
  • We conducted negotiations with one of the leading financial groups in Mexico through which it sold all its factoring portfolio and held a commercial alliance with our client.

LOGISTICS / TRANSPORTATION

  • We participated in the design for the repositioning of image and communication strategy for the largest motor transport company in Mexico
  • We participated in the valuation of a major logistics company.

HOTEL SECTOR

  • We advised a hotel group in the sale of its timeshare portfolio.
  • We advised in the valuation and purchase of a company for distribution to restaurants and hotels chains.
  • We did the valuation of a Hotel in Cancun, Mexico
  • We participated in the strategic definition of the expansion of a hotel.
  • We did the valuation of a hotel in order to carry out a transaction between shareholders.

INDUSTRIAL SECTOR

  • We were responsible for the valuation of a leading company in the sector of flexible packaging for the food industry.
  • We participated in the valuation and sale of a regional bottler for Pepsi brand.
  • We participated in the valuation and sale of a regional bottler for the Coca-Cola brand.
  • We were responsible for the management, for about two years, of a bottling plant for one of the two leading global brands.
  • We valuated a paper producing company.
  • We participated in the valuation and financing strategy for an industrial packaging company.

OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SECTOR

  • We advised a concessionary of bus stop signs in Latin America to partner with a leading Spanish group.
  • We assisted in the sale of a company trading in outdoor advertising for parking lots in malls in Mexico City to the leading company in the sector in the United States.
  • We valuated a company of operation of electronic screens in several cities of the country.
